• Sweep front door step and remove litter and flyers

• Dust signage and entry-phone panel, remove cobwebs

• Vacuum / mop entrance foyer including entrance mat

• Banisters, railings and window sills wiped and dusted

• All flooring mopped and scrubbed with deck scrub

• Dust window sills, frames, skirtings and other surfaces

• Dust all heating and firefighting equipment

• Stair edges damp scrubbed

• High levels including emergency lighting dusted using telescopic duster

• Front steps swept clear of litter
